The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 25 May 2018) has been introduced across Europe in order to protect your personal data and give you more control of it.
At the Whole Works we take seriously how we handle and store the personal data of those who use our centre. When you make an appointment we will ask for your first name, surname and telephone number.
How your information is stored
Your information is securely stored so that there can be no unauthorised access. Procedures are in place to safeguard the information we collect. The GDPR states that records should not be kept for longer than necessary, which the Whole Works adheres to.
How your information will be used
You will only be contacted regarding your appointment. We do not have a mailing list.
When we receive an email enquiry which contains personal information regarding health / medical conditions this will only be shared with a therapist when clinically appropriate.
